The goal of the quest:
Try creating a Deep Work routine (the term comes from this book):
- Create a schedule for your Deep Work. We recommend adding at least one block of 2 hours every day to you calendar, dedicated to Deep Work.
- Communicate your Deep Work schedule to those people, who can distract you.
- Create a focusing ritual.
- Eliminate all distractions: no notifications, no interruptions, no emails, no facebook or twitter.
- Create a shutting down ritual.
